Local delivery takes 1–3 business days. Parts sourced internationally can take 14–45 days depending on availability. Pick-up orders are usually ready within a few hours.
Yes, unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Fitting is not yet available through Pitstop, but we partner with garages across Accra for installation.
We accept mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and major debit/credit cards via Paystack.
Every supplier on Pitstop is vetted, and listings clearly indicate whether a part is genuine/OEM, aftermarket, or used.
